Each API query consumes a set number of credits depending on the lookup type and your plan. Phone and email lookups use approximately 8-10 credits per query. Credits are deducted from your balance when a query returns a successful result. Unused monthly credits do not roll over, but Pay As You Go credits are valid for 12 months.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time — the change takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
